8:00 am: Welcome and MDAR Rules Reminder

8:10 am: Vendor Introductions 

8:30 am–10:15 am: Audited Facilities with Chris Delrossi – “Food, Drug, & the Bug”

10:15 am–11:00 am: Vendor Break

11:00 am–12:00 pm: Controlling Ants with Dr. Jason Meyers (BASF)

12:00 pm–1:00 pm: Lunch/Vendor Break

1:00 pm–3:00 pm: Entomology 101 with Mark Weaver (MD Weaver) and Kevin Moran

3:00 pm–3:15 pm: Vendor Break

3:15 pm–4:05 pm Rodenticides: RUP & PAGS with Richard Berman, Galvin Murphy, and Kevin Moran

Awards Dinner

Join us at 4:30 pm for a cocktail hour, followed by dinner at 5:30 pm, as we celebrate this year’s award recipients. The following award categories will be presented:

• PWIPM Women of Excellence Award
• NEPMA Professional of the Year
• NEPMA Mark Weintraub Student Scholarship
• Vendor of the Year Award

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing and can be emailed to lgrier@pestworld.org. Refunds will be made on the following schedule:

More than 31 days before the first day of the event……….. 100% refund
Within 25-31 days before the first day of the event………… 75% refund
Within 18-24 days before the first day of the event………… 50% refund
Within 11-17 days before the first day of the event………… 25% refund
Within 10 or less days out……………………………………………No refund
Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Can’t attend but want to send someone else? Sure thing! Substitutions within the same company are permitted before the start of the conference and onsite at the 2024 Spring Training. A written request is required and can be emailed to lgrier@pestworld.org. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are not permitted.
